StandUSAct is a software platform from HawkLynx LLC. We provide tools for organizing and coordinating work - not legal advice, campaign-finance counsel, or certified FEC filing software. Each group using the service is responsible for knowing and following all laws and regulations that apply to its activity.
2. Accounts & plans
Free (grassroots) and paid organization tiers may be offered. Payment provider is pending. Fees, if any, will be stated at checkout. Abuse, scraping, or unauthorized access is prohibited.
3. Your content & data
You retain rights to content you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate the service. Do not upload unlawful material or others' personal data without a lawful basis.
4. Acceptable use
- No attempts to bypass security or rate limits
- No use that violates election, privacy, spam, or telecommunications law
- No misrepresentation that StandUSAct is an official government system
5. Disclaimers
Service is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Plans, tools, directories, and any data in the product do not prove you are compliant - that stays on your group and your counsel.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Hawklynx LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of StandUSAct.
